How meal delivery works in Roanoke

Everything ordered inside that window is cooked over the weekend and delivered the following Monday, usually around lunchtime. You get a text when your driver is roughly ten minutes out and another when the meals are at your door.
Roanoke deliveries cover the whole city plus the surrounding county — from downtown offices on Campbell and Jefferson to houses in South Roanoke, Grandin, Wasena, Raleigh Court, Old Southwest and out toward Hollins and Vinton. Office delivery works exactly like home delivery: enter the business address at checkout and we bring the meals in.
Every meal is labeled with calories, protein, carbs and fat, plus allergen badges for gluten, dairy, pork, peanuts, almonds and sesame. The menu rotates weekly across four categories — High Protein, Low Carb, Balanced and Hearty — so you can eat to a macro target without planning or cooking anything yourself.
If you will not be home Monday, leave a cooler with ice packs at the door. The driver drops the meals in the cooler, photographs the drop-off, and you get the delivery text the same as always. Meals keep five days in the refrigerator.
