The Mike's Meals menu rotates weekly across High Protein, Low Carb, Balanced and Hearty categories. Every meal lists calories, protein, carbs and fat along with allergen information.

Ordering window

The weekly menu opens Wednesday at 12:01 AM Eastern and closes Friday at 12:00 PM Eastern.

Meals are cooked fresh over the weekend in our Glenvar kitchen just west of Salem, Virginia.

Delivery runs every Monday across Roanoke, Salem, Glenvar, Cave Spring and Botetourt County. Meals keep five days in the refrigerator.
